LEVEL MEASUREMENT INSTRUMENTS

Frequency Sweep – Point Level Sensor

CleverLevel - next generation of level switches. Inaccurate readings because something is sticking to the vibrating fork are a thing of the past. We took this to the next level: Safe monitoring of filling level thanks to Baumer´s new CleverLevel series. Reliable differentiation feature of media that might be electrostatic, sticky, pasty, or have a high or low viscosity comes automatically with the sensor.

Magnetic Level Switch

The Jogler JS-10/JS-30 Series switches are magnetically actuated point level switches. The JS-10 (1 amp) and JS-30 (3 amp) can be configured as a SPDT or DPDT and are available in a “flying lead” configuration (no enclosure), an epoxy-coated Aluminum enclosure, or a 316 stainless steel enclosure. The JS-10 is a low power switch best suited for DCS or PLC inputs. The JS-30 is a high power switch used to actuate larger relays and solenoid valves. The JS-10/JS-30 switches are non-intrusive level switches that require no contact with the process fluid and have no wetted parts.

Magnetic Level Gauge

Jogler Magnetic Level Gauges are a safe, economical way to measure and control liquid levels in any application. They are suitable for high temperature and/or pressure, full vacuum, low-specific gravity liquids, and more. Jogler magnetic gauges can be used with vessels of almost any size and shape and with any process fluid. The float chamber is made of nonmagnetic material and is attached to the tank or vessel so that the liquid level inside the float chamber and host vessel is the same. Float chambers are available in a wide range of materials and styles. The magnetic float, inside the float chamber, is engineered to the specific gravity of the process fluid, so that it floats on the surface of the liquid. It contains a series of powerful magnets that actuate the external level indicator. All floats have 360-degree rotating magnetic fields.

Magnetostrictive Level Transmitter

Jogler’s ILT-6000 series level transmitter is the latest in magnetostrictive level sensing technology designed for direct tank insertion. The ILT-6000 contains a low profile waveguide that is inserted into an isolation well and float assembly. The waveguide sleeve isolates the internal waveguide from the process environment and protects it from excessive process conditions. This provides an additional safety barrier for the operator. The major benefit is the transmitter and waveguide can be removed for field checking without interruption or exposure to the process environment. The isolation well and float are available in a variety of materials including 316 SS, CPVC, Alloy 20, Titanium, Hastelloy, PP or PVDF.

Armored Level Gauge

Jogler Direct-Reading Level Gauges are the simplest, most reliable way to determine the level of liquid in a tank or vessel, because they give you a direct view without compromising the integrity of your process system. Jogler level gauges are installed so that the liquid level in the transparent sight tube is always the same as the liquid level inside the tank or vessel. Jogler direct-reading level gauges can be used at operating pressures up to 285 psi.

Sight Flow Indicator

Jogler Direct-Reading Flow Indicators are the simplest, most reliable way to observe liquid or solids flow without compromising the integrity of your piping system. All models are available in either armored styles for protection in exposed locations or lantern styles for 360-degree viewing. Jogler flow indicators are simple: the only components (not including mounting hardware) are the armored shield or lantern cage, the sight tubing, and two self-sealing Super-Seal inserts. These products are maintenance-free, because only the Teflon Super-Seal inserts and the borosilicate sight tubing are exposed to process fluids. Once they are installed, they do not have to be removed and disassembled for inspection or cleaning. Standard shields are epoxy-coated carbon steel.

Laser Level Transmitters

Jogler’s LIDAR Level Transmitter is a non-contact, laser based instrument that measures the level in silos, tanks, hoppers, chutes and bunkers. With long measuring range, high accuracy and a narrow beam, the LLT-1000 can be used in many different applications to measure different types of surface. The 4...20 mA and relay interfaces provide linear and switchpoint controls while the onboard USB interface provides access to comprehensive, user-friendly configuration settings. With an optional, visible aiming laser and numerous mounting flanges, the LLT-1000 is an easy to use, state of the art, level and position sensing solution.
